Image Editor
LView Pro's image editor contains all the tools necessary for professional photo
finishing. Photos can be enhanced with simple Contrast and Brightness adjustments, or
more comprehensive and natural looking Histogram adjustments. Multi-layered image
editing is fully supported, as well as image, text, and shape Objects. Precise
drawing with self-adjusting curves is possible with the Path tool. Paint Brushes
are configurable and may have soft edges to achieve excellent results when
retouching an image or painting a mask. Flexible, semi-transparent, image area
selections are available, including selections by color matching.

Makeover
|
Combining a several techniques to achieve: Change of eye color, hair highlights,
digital makeup (lipstick, eyeliner, eyebrow liner, removal of shadow
under eye, change of facial complexion), enhancement of facial
features, overall color enhancement, etc. The result is a complete makeover of the
original photo.

Adjustment Layers
|
There are two kinds of layers in LView Pro: regular Image Layers, that are
blended into one another, and Adjustment Layers, that act like filters for
color adjustments. By targetting specific areas of the image (like the
windows in the car at the bottom), adjustment layers can be powerful image enhancing tools.

Merging Layers
|
By placing different images into separate layers, and then painting transparency
masks, the whole background of an image can be seamlessly changed.
|
Image Objects
|
Once a mask has been created to isolate part of an image, a re-usable Image
Object may be created, and then combined with other backgrounds and scenary.
|
Painting
|
Masks can be painted with brushes, or created from selections or paths. With
the background masked out, a stock image can be used to replace it. A background
may also be painted with one or more of the many Color Gradient options, or with
Patterns, to achieve stunning and sharply diverse results.
