I am having difficulties installing LView 64-bit on Windows 8, 7, or Vista:

- LView Pro must be installed "as Administrator":
- Download and save the setup software from our web site to a disk file on your PC's hard drive,
- Use Windows File Explorer to locate the file (usually in the Downloads folder),
- Right click on the setup file, and select "Run as Administrator" from the context menu.

I want both the 64-bit and the 32-bit versions, do I have to place separate orders?

- No, both versions are included in your order.

I want to install LView on more than one PC/laptop, do I have to purchase multiple licenses?

- No, your license allows for installation of personal copies on more than one device.

I'm a customer, but I can't find my license id.

I need to re-download my paid copy of the Full Version of LView's setup software.
